The Wedding Cake Shoppe is owned and operated by sisters Cindy and Sarah Coelho.

Cindy Coelho has always possessed a great passion to create beautiful and delicious wedding cakes. She has been designing, baking, and decorating wedding cakes professionally for 8 yrs.

After graduating as a Pastry Chef from George Brown College, Cindy perfected her skills at Dufflet, the city's preeminent purveyor of fine pastries. Later on she left to focus solely on specialty cakes and weddings

Cindy unleashed her creativity working for cutting edge cake designer Bonnie Gordon, whose cakes are considered breathtaking works of edible art. While with Bonnie, Cindy Coelho designed two cake which appear in the current fall-winter issue of Weddingbells Magazine

With an instiable appettie for developing her art, Cindy has perfected an exquisite sugar sculpting technique taught at the world renowned Edwald Notter School of Confectionary Art. Now your wedding cake is limited only by your imagination.
